Team leader/Supervisor

Link Recruitment & Education are recruiting for a team leader/supervisor to work for a company based in Cudworth.

The company was formed in 1995 and has since grown to be the largest privately owned parcel carrier in the UK.

Benefits: Pay depending on experience, pension, 28 holiday and bonuses

Shift: 6pm-3am

12 weeks temp to perm

Duties: 

• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets
• Train new warehouse operatives within area of responsibility
• Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse
• Assist the Operations Manager in planning future capacity requirements
• Ensure staff comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment
• Manage time and attendance for operatives within area of responsibility and support

The ideal candidate must have experience in team leading/supervision in a warehouse or production environment.
